Client Analytics is the reporting dashboard that V8media, a marketing agency in Bucharest, Romania, provides to its clients. It shows the results of the advertising campaigns V8media manages for them on Meta and Google Ads. By using it you accept these terms.

Accounts are created by V8media for its team and for the people each client names. Keep your password confidential and don't share your account. Each user sees only their own company's data. V8media may disable an account, for example when a collaboration ends or in case of misuse.

Figures come straight from the advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads), through read-only access, and are shown as they report them. Small differences from the platforms' own screens can occur (attribution windows, time zones, delayed reporting). For billing, the platforms' own reports prevail. Estimates in the dashboard — such as revenue from the value set per lead, or the 7-day run rate — are indicative.

Don't try to access other clients' data, get around sign-in, disrupt the service or scrape data from it.

The dashboard is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but can't guarantee it, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, V8media isn't liable for losses from decisions based solely on the dashboard; your work with V8media remains governed by your agreement with us.

Client Analytics este dashboardul de raportare pe care V8media, agenție de marketing din București, îl pune la dispoziția clienților săi. Arată rezultatele campaniilor de publicitate pe care V8media le administrează pentru ei, pe Meta și Google Ads. Folosind dashboardul, accepți acești termeni.

Conturile sunt create de V8media pentru echipa agenției și pentru persoanele desemnate de fiecare client. Păstrează-ți parola confidențială și nu îți împărți contul. Fiecare utilizator vede doar datele propriei companii. V8media poate dezactiva un cont, de exemplu la încheierea colaborării sau la o folosire necorespunzătoare.

Cifrele vin direct de la platformele de publicitate (Meta, Google Ads), prin acces doar de citire, și sunt afișate așa cum le raportează acestea. Pot apărea mici diferențe față de interfețele platformelor (ferestre de atribuire, fus orar, date raportate cu întârziere). Pentru facturare prevalează rapoartele platformelor. Estimările din dashboard (de exemplu venitul din valoarea setată per lead sau ritmul pe 7 zile) sunt orientative.

Nu încerca să accesezi datele altor clienți, să ocolești autentificarea, să perturbi serviciul sau să extragi automat date din el.

Dashboardul este oferit „ca atare”. Facem tot posibilul să funcționeze corect și fără întreruperi, dar nu putem garanta acest lucru, iar funcțiile se pot schimba. În măsura permisă de lege, V8media nu răspunde pentru pierderi rezultate din decizii luate doar pe baza dashboardului; colaborarea ta cu V8media rămâne guvernată de contractul dintre noi.
